At Salvya, we strive to ensure that every order meets your expectations. However, we understand that sometimes issues may arise. Below, you’ll find detailed information on our exchange and refund policies.

1. Exchange Policy

Can I exchange an item?

We only accept exchanges in the following cases:


Defective item – If the product has a manufacturing defect (e.g., printing issue, stitching problem).
Incorrect item received – If you received the wrong product, size, or design.
Damaged in transit – If your item arrives damaged, we will arrange an exchange.

Conditions for Exchange

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

You must provide clear photos/videos as proof of the defect or issue.

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

 

If the item is not defective but you are unhappy with your purchase, we offer a discount on your next order instead of an exchange.

2. Refund Policy

Can I return an item for a refund?

Because most of our products are custom-made and printed on demand, we do not accept returns. However, a refund may be issued in specific cases:

 

 The item is defective or damaged, and an exchange is not possible.
 The item is lost in transit, and we cannot provide a replacement.
 The order was canceled before production began.

 

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

Buyer’s remorse (e.g., changing your mind after purchase).

Incorrect size selection (please refer to our size guide before ordering).

Late delivery due to courier delays beyond our control.

How will I receive my refund?

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

3. Refund Processing Time

When will I receive my refund?

Once your refund request is approved, the amount will be processed within 10-14 business days.

The exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider.

 

Bank Transfer & Credit Card Payments: May take 5-7 additional business days.
PayPal Refunds: Usually processed within 48-72 hours.

4. Refund Issues & Solutions

What if my refund amount is incorrect?

If you believe your refund amount is incorrect, contact our support team at support@salvya.com with your order details, and we will resolve the issue.

5. How to Request an Exchange or Refund

1. Email us at support@salvya.com within 7 days of receiving your item.
2. Attach photos/videos showing the defect or issue.
3. Wait for approval – Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
4. If approved, follow the return instructions provided (for exchanges).
5. Refunds (if eligible) will be processed within the stated time frame.

📢 Important: Do not return any item without approval. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
