Provide Order Details
In your email or message, please include the following:

Return Authorization
After reviewing your return request, we will issue a return authorization and provide you with the return address and any other necessary instructions.

Ship the Item Back
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back to us. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges for Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will gladly exchange it for the correct item or a similar product, subject to availability. To request an exchange:
