We Do NOT Ship To

War Zones & High-Risk Countries – For security reasons, we do not ship to war-affected regions.
Russia, Belarus & Certain Asian Countries – Due to trade restrictions and logistics challenges, we cannot currently ship to these areas.

3. Order Processing & Fulfillment

Processing Time: We operate on a made-to-order model to minimize waste. Orders typically take 3-7 days to be produced before shipping.

Tracking Your Order: Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Delays: Unforeseen delays due to customs, carrier issues, or high demand may occur.

No additional fees for local deliveries.

 

International Orders

Orders shipped outside Morocco may be subject to customs duties & import taxes, depending on your country’s regulations.

Who Pays These Fees? Customers are responsible for paying any applicable import duties and taxes.

5. What If My Order Is Delayed, Lost, or Stolen?

📦 Delayed Orders:

Orders may be delayed due to weather conditions, customs clearance, or courier delays.

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated time, contact us for assistance.

 

🚚 Lost Packages:

If your package is lost in transit, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

We will investigate the issue with the courier and either resend your order or issue a refund.

 

🛑 Stolen Packages:

We are not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” but stolen.

Please ensure your shipping address is secure and check with neighbors or building management if needed.
