5. Refund Processing & Payment Reversals

At Salvya, we ensure a smooth and transparent refund process for eligible cases.

Refunds are processed using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.

If you paid with a credit/debit card, the refund will be credited back to the same card.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders in Morocco, eligible refunds will be issued as store credit or via bank transfer when applicable.

 

Time Frame for Processing Refunds

Card & Digital Payments: 5-10 business days (processing time depends on your bank).

Bank Transfers: 7-14 business days.

Store Credit: Issued within 48 hours after approval.
