Between 2020 and 2021, Baby Gang was convicted of several crimes, including defamation and intellectual property infringement. On August 20, 2021, he received a two-year D.A.SPO. from Milan police, alongside rapper Rondodasosa, following riots at a disco; the order prevented him from entering bars, discos, and public places in the city. In April 2022, an exemption was made to allow him to perform at a club in Milan on May 9. In January 2023, Baby Gang was arrested alongside two other rappers for four robberies committed in Milan and Sondrio; it was alleged that the three rappers were behind the robberies. On January 26, 2023, he was sentenced to four years and ten months in prison. On July 1, 2024, he was acquitted on appeal in a robbery trial.
