At Salvya, each piece is custom-made and produced on demand, which means returns are not possible. However, we want to ensure you receive a high-quality product, so we offer exchanges only in cases of defects.

Exchange Policy for Defective Items

If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, such as:


✅ Wrong size sent (different from what you ordered)
✅ Printing issues (misalignment, fading, or damage)
✅ Physical damage during shipping

You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order by following these steps:

3️⃣ Once approved, we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.

No Returns for Non-Defective Items

Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns for:

Store Credit Option – If you choose store credit instead of a refund, it will be issued immediately after approval and can be used for future purchases.

5. How Can I Be Sure My Order Has Been Made Correctly?

At Salvya, we ensure a smooth ordering process, but here’s how you can double-check everything:

 Review Your Order in Your Account – If you created an account, you can log in and check your order history to confirm all details.

 

 Made-to-Order Process – Since our products are custom-made, they go into production shortly after your order is placed. This means changes or cancellations may not be possible after a short period.

 

Contact Us Quickly for Changes – If you spot a mistake, contact us immediately at support@salvya.com with your order number. If your order hasn’t gone into production yet, we may be able to adjust it.

6. Can I Return Any Item?

At Salvya, we produce custom-made, print-on-demand items, which means returns are not possible unless the product is defective. Here’s how our policy works:

No Returns for Change of Mind – Since each item is uniquely made just for you, we cannot accept returns if you change your mind, order the wrong size, or decide you no longer want the product.

 

Exchanges Only for Defective Items – If your order arrives with a defect (wrong item sent, printing issue, or damage during shipping), you can request an exchange. Proof required:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Send clear photos/videos of the defect
  • We will arrange a replacement if the issue is confirmed

Customer Satisfaction – If you’re unhappy but the item is not defective, we may offer a discount on your next purchase instead of a return.

7. Can I Cancel an Item in My Order?

At Salvya, all our products are custom-made and print-on-demand, meaning once an order is placed, it is immediately sent for production. Because of this, cancellations are only possible within the first 2 hours after placing the order.

You can cancel your order if:

You contact us within 2 hours of purchase.

Production has not yet started.

 

Cancellations are NOT possible if:

More than 2 hours have passed.

Your order is already in production or has shipped.

If your order has already been processed, we cannot cancel it. However, if there is an issue with your order (wrong details, defective product, etc.), reach out to us at support@salvya.com, and we’ll do our best to help!

At Salvya, we make every effort to ensure that the product you see on our website accurately represents what you will receive. However, please note that there might be slight variations in color or texture due to differences in lighting, screen settings, and production batches. Rest assured, we strive to deliver the highest quality product that matches the description and images.

2. Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

We restock popular items whenever possible, but restocking depends on product availability from our suppliers. If an item is out of stock, we encourage you to subscribe to our newsletter or check back regularly for updates. 3. Do you carry the same merchandise as in the physical stores?

Our Salvya online store may offer some of the same products available in physical locations, but our online catalog may differ. We sometimes feature exclusive items or limited-edition designs available only through our website. If you’re looking for something specific from a physical store, feel free to reach out to us, and we can let you know if it’s available online.

4. What is included in the price?

The price of each item on Salvya includes the product cost as well as applicable taxes. Shipping costs are not included unless otherwise stated, such as during promotional offers. Please note that any additional fees for custom duties or taxes on international orders may be applied by your local customs authorities, which are not included in the listed price.

5. What should I do if I receive a defective item?

If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately with clear photos or videos showing the issue. You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. If the product is defective due to manufacturing errors (e.g., printing issues, damaged goods), we will offer an exchange or refund, depending on stock availability.

6. And if I receive an incorrect item?

If you receive an incorrect item (different product or design than ordered), please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange for the return of the incorrect item and send you the correct one at no additional cost. Please provide us with photos of the incorrect item to help expedite the process.

7. Can I exchange items I have purchased at Salvya.com?

We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. If the item you received is in perfect condition but you simply changed your mind, we do not accept exchanges. If you are unhappy with your purchase (for reasons other than defects), we offer a small discount on your next purchase as a gesture of goodwill instead of an exchange. For defective items, please follow the steps outlined in section 5 above.

8. Can I exchange items at any store?

Currently, Salvya does not offer exchanges through physical stores, as we operate primarily online. All exchanges, if eligible, must be handled directly through our online customer service. Please follow the steps outlined in our Returns & Exchanges Policy for guidance on how to process exchanges for defective or incorrect items.

9. How much time do I have to exchange an item?

Exchanges are only available for defective or incorrect items, and you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. After this period, we cannot process exchanges. Be sure to provide clear photos or videos of the issue when reaching out to us.

No expiry date: Your gift card balance never expires, giving the recipient the flexibility to use it at their convenience.

Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.

If your purchase exceeds the gift card balance, you can pay the remaining amount using other available payment methods.

2. When is the purchase amount removed from my bank account?

The amount for your purchase will be removed from your bank account once your order is processed and payment is successfully completed. If you are paying via credit card, debit card, or other online payment methods, the payment will be authorized at the time of purchase, but the actual charge will be made after your order is confirmed and shipped. For payment methods such as PayPal or similar services, the funds may be deducted immediately after the purchase.

3. For what reasons could my credit card be rejected?
